Living room, dining area, kitchen, pool, and BBQ areas are on the main floor.
The master suites, studio apartment, TV room, and library areas are on the ground floor. Each suite has its own patio, custom tiled bath and Pacific Ocean views that go on FOREVER!!!
The custom heated pool features a swim-up jacuzzi with bar and palapa patio. Outdoor built-in gas BBQ is adjacent to the kitchen. This home has central air conditioning and a water purification system. It comes fully furnished and rental rate includes daily maid service. Local phone service & fax available.
